The following components are necessary on the Raspi:

Tomcat web container (V8.5) with this modification
Java >= V8

Stop Tomcat
Copy joeis.jar to tomcat/openlib
Copy joeis-lite/dist/seqbox.war to tomcat/webapps
Start Tomcat
In the browser of the remote desktop, open

 http://seqbox.local:8080/seqbox
